Château Fayau is the heart of a family-run estate located in the pretty village of Cadillac owned by Jean Médeville, who is the principal winemaker aided by his brother, Marc and cousin, Jacques. Their vineyards on the right bank of the River Garonne are perfectly located for the production of rich, generous reds and delicious, sweet whites. The Médevilles also own Château Barbier, a fine Sauternes property in the village of Fargues.
