60% Pinot Meunier, 20% each of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in barrel for the Pinots and in tank for Chardonnay. Aged for 24 months on lees. 10g/L dosage. Blended to be tasting well young, this is fresh, light, well-balanced with elegant cherry fruit together with brioche notes, leesy complexity and a fine finish.
