Producer:  A large private brewery with over 130 years of tradition is extraordinary. Even in Germany, with its rich beer culture, the history of the Flensburg brewery is one of the exceptions. In its long and eventful history since it was founded on September 6, 1888, the family company has always managed to prove itself successfully and to retain its unmistakable identity. It owes this success story to the courage and willingness to take risks of its managing directors and all the hard-working and loyal employees over the decades.
