A smashing wine - smooth, elegant and with a hint of Cabernet giving it some of that lovely polished sideboard aroma!

Not only does Valsardo own 9 hectares of vineyard containing 22,000 vines in full priduction, and contain 3 areas: the wine-making area, the barrelled aging area, and the bottle aging area; but they also have a building dedicated to the expansion of culture of wine. This contains an audio-visual and conference room devoted to the cultural promotion and is very important for all visitors to know in depth the processes occurring from vine to wine.

Further to this, there is also a laboratory which carried out the elaboration control monitoring of the wines as well as supports the numerous lines of research.
