The palate has ripe fruit characters and a fresh acidic rush to clean the palate off.
The fruit for the 2018 Riesling was hand picked in the cool of the day and then whole bunch pressed. The juice was cold settled, racked and was then allowed to undergo a wild fermentation by the natural yeast of our vineyard. A portion of the juice was fermented in large oak vessels to enhance further complexity. The resulting wines were finally blended, filtered and bottled without the use of any fining agents or artificial additives resulting in a wine that is pure and only expresses the flavours of the fruit.
