"Just a belter of a wine. We just got a small amount of this prestige wine, made of the grapes of 65+ year old vines. Around 5000 bottles are made each year, and is a wonderful coffee and dark berry focused wine with intense complexity."
This great property is now run by two of the late Marc Pagès’s grandsons, Frédéric Le Clerc (ex Ecole Polytechnique) and Benjamin Richer des Forges. They are very capable. A further 12 hectares of superb land were purchased to add to the 55 hectares. The average age of the vines is well over 40 years. A new impressive temperature controlled storage cellar has also been built.
