This bonkers trio of Dylan Fairweather, Justin Fairweather and Sam Berketa (the winemaker) make more interesting wines than the normal Shiraz and Cabernets. Founded in 2008 in McLaren Vale, they make Nebbiolos, Proseccos (or the Aussie equivalent) and have equally bonkers labels. Much more interesting and always delicious.
