Domaine Faury

RHONE VALLEY, FRANCE

Lionel Faury took over the reins at this family domaine from his father, Philippe, in 2006. They don't like using new oak, and do so sparingly, use gentle pneumatic press to crush the grapes, foot pigeage rather than use tools and the wines are unfined and lightly filtered. The result is a classic style of wine, rustic and also elegant.
