Tasting Note

The Friar John Cor ‘The Cask Strength Congregation’ – Chapter 3 has been matured in Amontillado and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, and ex-bourbon barrels. These whiskies were vatted and then allowed to marry in refill Sherry butts, enhancing their depth, complexity, and allowing the flavours to complement each other.

Producer: From the home of whisky, Lindores Abbey! It was at Lindores Abbey that the first documented evidence of whisky was produced, and this is the first general release malt from the new distillery there.
