One of the questions I get asked all the time is 'do you have a Sherry/Madeira for cooking?'. It is awful that these two brilliant styles of wine are only consumed when put in a trifle or poured into a sauce for chicken! 
With styles from bone dry to super sweet, there is one of these drinks for any dish you are eating and plenty of wines to drink on its own, so put away that trifle bowl and grab a glass instead.
