Blood red with a fabulously juicy front end. Apples, loganberry and spice on the palate. Amazing balance for such a rich wine with this brilliant salinity on the finish. A proper explosion of a wine. It will work fabulously with cured meats.

Producer

Formed in 1980 by Chantal Delespierre and Didier Bertrand it is now run by their children; Clemence and Adrien. They work with 10 hectares in Chamery, Ecueil, Villedommange and Montre creating distinctive wines with impeccable structure and finesse.
