Apples, grapefruit and then chalk on the palate. A classic Sauvignon Blanc.

Producer

Firmin remains in the old family cellars. He wishes to become organic and is in organic conversion. Yields in 2021 are down by more than half due to frost. Firmin suffered more from the frost than his cousins. Firmin’s wines are a little more backward in style, and they promise to be age-worthy wines.
