Tasting Note

So elegant - cloves and black pepper coming off with a delicious stewing plum aroma. The palate is glorious. A big grip of tannin, dark blackberry and liquorice flavour. Sublime.

Producer

Johann Michel discovered wine tasting them with his grandfather and uncle in Cornas. After a stint working in clothing retail, he decided to make his own wine and continue in his family's footsteps. His first vintage was 1997.
