"Intense and refreshing nose with plum and red berries notes. Vibrant acidity with obvious, non-agressive tannins, which convey a merry and pleasant youth."
Producer: Named after the bus route that José used to take as a young lad in Lisbon, the idea with this generously juicy, spiced red is that it's an ever-dependable, everyday wine, the sort you always think of with the same steady affection reserved for those simple, unassailably innocent experiences of youth. In José's case, riding on the #27 bus. Initially I thought the name sounded silly and didn't do justice to the wine, but the more I thought about it, the more it chimed.
