Tasting Note

Fine, ripe white peach and white flowers with a hint of pear. Fresh and smooth on the palate, with lots of pear and stone fruit. The finish is light, dry with a spicy note.

Producer

Fritz Waßmer has established himself among the top winemakers in Baden with his internationally acclaimed Pinot Noir. His family has been involved in viticulutre and agriculture for generations in the village of Schlatt and this is where he was first introduced to work in the vineyards. He hasn’t looked back since. Even though it would take a few years before Fritz Waßmer would produce his own wine, the cornerstone for his great love was laid at a young age.
