Andre Perret

Andre Perret focuses on the individual terroir of all of his vineyards; he produces primarily single-vineyard wines. Through a hands-off approach to winemaking -- he uses little oak and allows the wine to maintain its character -- Perret echoes his family's Burgundian roots. However, his Saint-Joseph spends a year in oak, giving it supple tannins and gorgeous depth and structure.
