Cave Saint-Verny
COTES D'AUVERGNE, FRANCE
Named after a canonised son of a 13th century winegrower, Cave Saint-Verny is the Auvergne's only cooperative. The coop is composed of 90 members for a total of 180 hectares across the whole region. Although the scope of Cave Saint-Verny's operations might appear off-putting, their size enables them to ensure responsible agriculture and sustainable practices for the majority of the Auvergne. Additionally, the vineyards are mainly located on volcanic soil over 300 metres in altitude. The cool climate gives each wine the distinctive freshness and purity that we love.
