Starting with only three hectares in 1987 the ambitious and much acclaimed Yves Cuilleron now leases over 45 hectares. A man of many talents he also runs a phenomenal bistro in Ampuis, a must visit if you are in the area! From a winemaking family Yves initial focus was cookery but after military service in Alsace he became obsessed with winemaking.
