Cremant

Cremant are wines that are made in the same way as Champagne, in 9 different regions in France and Luxembourg. They are a great alternative to Prosecco or Cava, and although the rules may differ from region to region, they must have manually harvested grapes, whole bunch pressing and limited extraction and nine months on the lees.
