Domaine Gilles Noblet

Domaine Gilles Noblet is located in the village of Fuisse, with vineyards on mainly limestone-clay soil. Gilles Noblet was one of the first producers in the region to bottle his own wine independently and has been recognised as a leading producer of Pouilly-Fuisse. A large part of this is due Noblet's low-yield, artisinal approach to winemaking; he focuses on allowing the expression of each vineyard's terroir to take centre stage. Noblet only uses roughly 20% new oak when ageing so as not to overpower the delicate flavours. This is a Pouilly-Fuisse that any lover of Burgundy should try.
