So we've established from the off that André does a pretty good job of squeezing grapes!  He picks entirely by hand, with very low yields.  Mainly working with Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre, he takes his time making his wine, maturing it in cement tanks for a year and then six further months in various oak receptacles before filtering with egg whites.

You must try his wines, his Cotes du Rhone being great value, but his Rasteau is the star.
