Having travelled across the world, from Volnay to Bordeaux to South Africa, to work with some of the most talented winemakers, Nicolas Rossignol has learnt how to craft an extraordinary wine. Focusing on heavily biodynamic practices, Rossignol still produces wine in a very traditional style. His range, mainly coming from Volnay and Pommard, exhibits great structure, full tannins, and a beautiful richness.
