Domaine Fernand & Laurent Pillot

CHASSAGNE MONTRACHET, BURGUNDY, FRANCE

The origins of the Pillot family in Chassagne go back to the 17th century as coopers, and in the 19th century they abandoned the barrel making and have shifted to vines.

Four generations later, Fernand and his son Laurent, the 4th generation, expanded the domaine further, and now have over 14 hectares of land in 22 appellations.
