Run by the brothers Yvon and Pascal Tabordet, Domaine Tabordet was opened in 1981 with three hectares of vines in Sancerre. The duo expanded their operation with the acquisition of an additional nine hectares across the river, in Pouilly-Fume. Today, the Domaine produces wines that continually win accolades; this comes as no surprise when one takes a sip from Tabordet's Sancerre or Pouilly-Fume Blanc. These wines are flinty and minerally, but with a weighty body and delicious acidity.
