Situated in the town of Las Pedroneras in the northern part of La Mancha, this producer only uses estate grown fruit and makes only organic and biodynamic wines. Founded and owned by the Fernandez family, they own 200 hectares of vineyards and have their winery slap bang next to their vineyards.
