Nadia Bernard is the cellar master at False Bay, which was established by Paul Boutinot in 1994. The wines were wild yeast fermented, no acid additions and so on, revolutionary at the time but the norm now, these wines have a lovely coastal influence which retains freshness and makes them very very drinkable.
