I Ciacca has recently been restored and is dedicated to maintaining and sharing the tradition of hospitality, food, wine and culture of Picinisco and Val di Comino. Organic, minimal intervention and indigenous varieties, with a strong focus on the Maturano grape, the current custodians of these lands are building a secure future for this village.
