Pardon et Fils

Founded by Antoine Joseph Pardon in 1820, the Pardon et Fils estate not only produces a wide range of stunning Beaujolais', they also work cooperatively with several wineries in Burgundy in order to offer a comprehensive wine list. Many of the vines in Pardon's vineyards are close to a century old and produce grapes that are incredibly concentrated and intense. With head winemaker Eric Pardon directing, each vineyard is vinified separately so as to maintain each plot's distinct characteristics. The resulting wines are bursting with bright, red fruits but maintain enough tannin and structure to keep the wine interesting. If you're a fan of Beaujolais, Pardon et Fils is a must-try.
