Pickering's Gin
EDINBURGH, SCOTLAND
The first gin distillery in the Scottish capital for 150 years, Pickering's is made at the Summerhall Distillery based on a seventy year old recipe from Bombay. The distillery is actually in an old veterinary school known as 'The Old Dick', and is now an arts venue called Summerhall.
A lovely gin, it is a delicious, smooth, elegant gin.
