Piedrasassi's website is the first winery website that has a section for 'bread'. They have a bakery in their operation that bakes on Wednesdays and Fridays and the produce is sold through their tasting room. Sadly we can't sell you their bread (the trans-Atlantic journey would result in rock hard, stale bread) but we can sell their wine.

With a focus on Syrah, Piedrasassi is owned by winemaker Sashi Moorman, bakery and winery manager Melissa Sorongon, restauranteur Peter Pastan and writer Amy Pastan. Inspired by French and Italian wines, they focus on cooler climates, natural yeasts, low sulphur and a sense of place.
