The trio of Col McBryde, Jen Garner and Nic Bourke are pretty much the most shouty of the new wave of Australian winemaking. They don't care about what is commercial - no jammy Shiraz or over oaked Chardonnay for them. They care about a sense of place and by trying other varieties aside from what Oz has always stuck in their soil.
