Born in the north of Spain, Susana Esteban decided in 2009 to establish herself as a winemaker in her own right, rather than working for other people. She set herself up in the Alentejo making wines with a slightly different style.
Critically acclaimed, the wines from this producer are a perfect showcase of one of the new generation of winemakers, nudging the old guard respectively out of the way and setting up camp making exquisite wines.
