It's really layered with an interesting sandy, chalky texture and a long finish. The perfect balance between complexity and freshness creates a vibrant and distinctive drinking experience.
Producer: Based in the village of Sermiers, in the south of the Petite Montagne de Reims, Perrine is one of the very few independent winemakers in a village dominated by a co-operative. Sarmate is her debut cuvée and really shows her potential.
