Producer

Created in 1982 by Adrien Uijttewaal, and now with his daughter Elise having joined in 2017, they own both Chateau Saint-Hilaire and Chateau Gemeillan. Their focus is on protecting the environment and being sustainable, and this also applies to the cows they breed for beef as well!
