Chateau Maucaillou 2008 75cl

Out of stock
Tasting Note: A delicious, mature Bordeaux. Dusty with cherry, cinnamon bun and nutmeg aromas. A dry, dusty palate, soft and persistent with savoury flavours and great structure.
Producer: Beginning in the 19th century when the Petit-Laroche family settled in a place called Maucaillou. In 1875, J. Petit-Laroche married and gave his wife a mansion as a wedding present. (I must talk to my wife about that and ask where my mansion is). He established a vineyard and wine has been made there since 1889. The Dourthe family bought the Chateau in 1929 and continue to own it to this day.
