Bernard Audoy has transformed Cos Labory to be almost as sought after as his more illustrious neighbours. The encépagement is 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc. Following fermentation in a combination of stainless steel and lined cement vats, the wine is aged for 18 months in barriques (30%-50% new each year).
