Tasting Note: With its yellow green colour, this Valençay white is characterized by its floral and citrus notes. The first mouth is fresh and follow through on the palate with a round and flavoursome appeal all the way to the finish. Great on ts onw as an aperitive, the wine will also match nicely with seafood and fish in sauce.

Producer: Francis Jourdain’s property is located on the slopes of the Cher River and has supported the Jourdain family for many centuries. From this exceptional soil, Francis’ ancestors cut the stone for the famous rifle flints used by Napoleon’s armies; others already grew grapes and made into wine. Both passionate for the wine’s alchemy, they naturally look after this soil, which gives unique character that you find in their products.
