After Tim Ford and Anthony Record met winemaker Vincent Chansault at Boekenhoutskloof, they decided to set up Domaine Gayda, with vineyards in several 'crus' in the Languedoc. Certified organic and following biodynamic principles, they have a passion for making wines to showcase the terroir of the region, using grapes that might not be so commercially popular, but grow really well in the region and make superb wines.
