Georges Perrot is a protégé of André Roméro and originally made wine from 20 hectares in André’s old cellars. Georges has now moved into new purpose-built cellars in the village and we are sure the wines will become better and better. Quantities are limited as the queue of négociants wanting to buy his wine in bulk reads like a who’s who – from Chave to Guigal and many others.
