Evan Frazier of Ferdinand Wines’ day job sees him working as assistant winemaker at Kongsgaard. Evan chose to work with Spanish varieties – Albarino and Tempranillo, producing his wines with careful attention to acidity and freshness, and walking a tightrope between their Spanish heritage, and their Californian home.
