Tasting Note 

Matured in large oak barrels, this is all red berries, cherries, spicy hints and then some smoke on the end. A superb wine and not too high alcohol.

Producer

A father (Josef) and son (Philipp) team based in the Krems valley to the West of Vienna. Josef started out in 1980 with not much more than his hands and a passion for wine. Philipp had the luxury of inheriting 18 hectares of vines scattered over fifty two plots: mainly Gruner Veltliner, and many of them are in the top sites of the Krems Valley.
