Tasting Note

Dark garnet in color, this wine gives aromas of cherry and chocolate. The palate bursts with plum and a hint of white pepper followed by a long finish.

The Felten family settled in Lodi to grow watermelons. Thank goodness they moved to grapes, at first selling to co-ops and private wineries. Now Steve and Lori Felten, a fifth generation of the family, continue to cultivate old vine zins and make superb wines from these stunning vineyards.
