Producer: This organic estate nestled in the gentle slopes surrounding the river Piave is distinguished by the soil that lends the estate its name: ‘Jara’, the gravel lining the riverbed and the surrounding hills. This soil absorbs the warmth of the day, and gently releases it at night, providing a gentle transition between day and night for the grapes on the vines.
