Medium to light body with a medium to high acidity, fine grippy tannin. Tart blackberry, sour red cherry, dried rose, cranberry red plum grantive top pallet freshness, slatey, good length.

Returning to home in 2004, Mac Forbes is going to be one of the greatest winemakers in Australia. With a range of wine that focuses on terroir, obviously inspired by Burgundy, his wines are elegant and yet full of new world fruit.
