They were pioneers of the grape growing and wine making in their local area and have developed their business thoroughly. Each member of the family plays a vital role in the running of the business, each sharing their own specific expertise across all aspects of the company.
Whilst using the fruit from their Main Divide Te Hau vineyard, they also work with a select few North Canterbury vineyards, chosen becuase of their unique situations or terroir and the quality of their grapes with the intention of working with them throughout the season to obtain quality fruit, all of which is then hand-crafted into the wines by this family.
