50ml Chase Rhubarb Vodka
20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
20ml sugar syrup or two teaspoons caster sugar
1 egg white (farm fresh)
Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled martini or coupette glass.
