This delicious red is a blend of Syrah, Cinsault, Mourvedre, Grenache and Viognier and it is a bright, fresh wine with warming spice and berry fruit. There are roast plum flavours, more warm, wintery spices and then some freshness on the finish.
Owner (and chef) Peter suggests this goes with lamb with french herbs or 'braised springbok shoulder'!
