A lovely bright lemon aroma, pear skin some white pepper and a little bit of honey. The palate is clean, some bitter citrus _ a bit of grapefruit pith, and then some clean peppery notes on the finish. You really need to try this Xarel-Lo grape from one of the masters of the grape.
