This wine is in the UK because I randomly got an email, knew a pal was looking to import some wine into the UK, and introduced the pair. Now the wine is in the UK and we are the first retailers to have it in Scotland. Giuseppe Papadopoli saw that wines from this part of the world were starting to be recognised for their quality in the early 1990s and in 2005, they launched their first wine. They operate a minimal intervention policy, and aim to show the variety in its purest form, capitalising on Puglia's indigenous grapes.
