The Listening Station Shiraz 75cl
Tasting Note
Soft supple Victorian Shiraz, dangerously moreish by the glass. Bright, aromatic and juicy on the nose with just a touch of naughty bacon fat and white pepper. True to the varietal. This vintage is our brightest, most dangerously drinkable Shiraz to date due to its fine, bright fruit and soft silky elegance.
Producer
Made by Boutinot Wines, this range is a celebration of the old, Australian “listening stations” used to track satellites across the empty, pitch-black sky. The wines are made by Samantha Bailey who brings her signature palate and decades of experience to commemorate the cooler, vast, dark Australian night and even has the grapes picked at night to reinforce this and give exceptional character to the whole terroir from the area.
